Position Title: Analyst – HRIS
Reporting to the HRIS Manager and working closely with the HR technology team, the HRIS Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR Teams in using our HRIS systems correctly and assists them in resolving any problems they may have. With a passion for helping others, the candidate must be an effective communicator with excellent system skills and the ability to hone in on a problem to resolve it quickly
Key Job Responsibilities
- Resolve support requests in SuccessFactors from users and work with Vendors on problem solutions as tier-1 support.
- Drive quarterly release testing process with internal teams to carry out tests and identify problems with the new releases
- Support the HRIS Manager on any functional enhancement requests as required
- Support activities identified in the HRIS Roadmap and governance strategy in partnership with IT, Security, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain system processes and requirements within configuration workbooks and other documentation
- Review and assist with updating HRIS file imports, such as salary changes, checklist allocation, etc.
- Participate in internal data governance audit reviews; identify and share requested improvements and ensure system users follow best practice approach
- Assist with internal and external audit requests as required
- Has a high degree of understanding and adherence to the confidentiality of information
- Maturity to organize themselves to complete critical tasks first and rank less critical tasks correctly.
Preferred Areas of Education & Certifications:
- Fulltime Degree in IT or HR
- Knowledge of HR operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Automation Experience
Years of Relevant Work Experience Required
- 3+ years of overall HRIS or IT Support experience with a proven track record of assisting in the resolution to regular problems
- Functional contributor to system enhancements and changes
- Release Management and integrations experience
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Experience with an HRIS System (required) and with SuccessFactors is preferred
- Experience with ADP products (GlobalView and Celergo) preferred
