Position Background:



Title: Executive Customer Services (MSG)

[Designation will be decided to keep in view the experience of the shortlisted candidate & also the scope of the role]



Location: Chennai



Education & Relevant Experience (in brief):


  • Engineering graduate in Mechanical with 4 to 7 years of experience OR Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics 4 to 6 years of experience from reputed Machine Tool / Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Companies.
  • Working experience of: Servicing / Maintenance & Application stream
  • Preferably with Machine Tools background
  • Willing to relocate in any part of India in future –if needed

  • Willing to travel once in a while for outstation service requirements/ visit to HO for training.
  • Must be diligent with high level of integrity






Key Responsibilities:


  • Installation & Commissioning of new machines (SPMs & sometimes VMC).
  • Conducting customer component trials, prove out & Cp/Cpk study.
  • Tooling up of standard VMC’s (like Fanuc Robo Drill), prove out & Cp/ Cpk study.
  • Attending break down as well as preventive maintenance service calls for SPMs
  • Able to ensure WIDMA machines uptime 90% & ensure smooth running of machines at customer’s end
  • Able to monitor MTBF & MTTR
  • Able to study better features of competitor’s machines / suggest improvement for WIDMA machines
  • Managing a small team of technicians & electrician
  • Good communication skill both in English & Hindi (written & spoken) & proficiency in report/ MOM writing etc.
  • Should be able to interface with customer independently on most of the occasions
  • Should have working knowledge of computer, Internet, E-mails etc.
