Maintenance Technician

 

Shift & Work Hours

 

3rd – 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

 

Tasks

 

  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment
  • The candidate will also have to be able to perform major machine repairs and rebuilds
  • These task include and are not limited to:
    • Electronics,
    • CNC controls
    • PLC Logic
    • Mechanical
    • Pneumatics
    • Hydraulics  
    • Electrical systems

  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with those you come in contact with in all matters.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, electronic data entries and communications accurately and timely.
  • Maintain regular attendance and perform duties in a timely manner, arriving and departing for assignments and
  • Meetings as required.
  • Be aware of all standard procedures and practices associated with the position and work to maintain compliance.

 

Requirements

 

  • Maintenance Technician requires skills in electronics, CNC Machines, Grinding Machines, Coding and Sintering equipment, PLC Logic, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems.
  • The candidate a mininium of 2 years experience
  • This position will be responsible for maintaining and repairing CNC machines and complying with OSHA, NFPA and all other applicable safety programs.
