Job Title:  Sr. Sales Engineer - Conforma Clad

Geographic Location - Targeted Locations:  Houston, TX or Baton Rouge, LA

Work Site Location:  Remote (Home Office)

Key Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage market/top line goals by studying the opportunity, evaluating the potential for Conforma Clad technologies & thereafter preparing a blue print to focus and win in the opportunity.  This includes building core relationships at end users & technology licensors

 

  • While reporting to the North America Sales manager, the candidate will eventually manage the North America market in this market opportunity.

 

  •  Have the ability to read technical blue prints, and quickly reason out why Conforma Clad technologies, will be an advantageous solution for the subject application.  

 

  • Ability to travel 60-70% of the time.

 

Education, Experience and/or Work Experience Required

 

  • Minimum BS in Engineering. Mechanical engineering preferred. Alternately Petrochemical, Chemical.
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years in selling into Industrial (Power Generation, Petrochemical & Refining) end market. Preferable if the candidate has sold “Value Added solutions” successfully with few success stories, 3 to 4 years of work experience who have been in reliability, process roles who now want to take up a sales role
  • Self Starter 
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Desire to grow an assigned territory
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Proficient with Excel, Power Point, and CRM
