Kennametal is looking for a contract role as Front End Developer, who will help drive the success of key Kennametal digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives. This individual will be part of the team that designs and develops the Adobe AEM platform to work in conjunction with our ecommerce platform. They will also be engaged in the creation and maintenance of content and ensure coding standards, best practice, and code quality.

Looking for a junior frontend engineer with advance skills in building scalable and efficient website of 4 Years and above experience.

Skills required:

HTML5, CSS3, LESS, RWD, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, GIT, photoshop/figma

Good to have:

• AEM environment with HTL, Sightly, Clientlibs
• Sightly, Handlebars or any templating techniques.

Responsibilities:

• UI development including knowledge of UX best practices and pattern library development.
• Capture & refine requirements and translate them into technical details.
• Develop new/Maintain user interfaces
• Ability to use Flex/Grid layout and latest CSS techniques
• Proficiency in HTML markup, JavaScript and jQuery
• Ability to write/rewrite reusable code.
• Collaboration with other team members
• Have knowledge on JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket.
