Kennametal is looking for a contract role as Adobe AEM developer, who will help drive the success of key Kennametal digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives. This individual will be part of the team that designs and develops the Adobe AEM platform to work in conjunction with our ecommerce platform. They will also be engaged in the creation and maintenance of content and ensure coding standards, best practice, and code quality.
Looking for a Senior AEM Back End developer who can work on development in Java and HTL and have 2 Years and above experience.
Skills Required:
Java8, AEM 6.5, HTML, HTL, XML
Requirements:
- Design, analyze, develop, test, debug, and model the AEM system components.
- Ability to analyze and debug a problem and arrive at best suitable solution.
- Understanding business requirements in depth and converting into a deliverable quality product.
- Deliver high quality code that complies with standards and satisfies architectural tests.
- Participate in product backlog prioritization, story mapping, and story splitting activities.
- Proactively look to develop and implement best practices across the entire project team.
- Resolve the reported issues and reply to queries in a timely manner.
- Supports the end users by providing documentation and by developing assistance tools.
Skill Set:
- In-depth knowledge and hands on experience on the building blocks of AEM:
- Template, Components, Widgets, DAM etc
- OSGi Framework, OSGi Components, OSGi Services, Scheduler, Sling Framework, Felix, Sling Servlets
- Understanding of OOPS, Java8 or above.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and JS (Jquery) is added advantage.
- Proven experience working as part of an agile delivery team.
- Solid experience working in an environment with proper source control (GIT),Maven, CI and build tools.
- Experience and knowledge in continuous code inspection platforms such as SonarQube.
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Should be a motivated team player.
- Should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Should be the self-starter with the high commitments to professional growth.
