Job Title: Analyst Application Delivery/ RPA Developer (Robotic Process Automation/UI Path/UIPath)

Job Location: Bangalore

Education & desired skills:

• Must hold Degree / Master’s degree in any discipline
• Should have at-least 3+ years of experience in the current role & overall 5/+ years of relevant experience.
• Able to work independently, open to change and adapt new technologies and features quickly.
• Must be able to work in highly collaborative, enterprise environment where attention to detail is expected.
• Capable of understanding the requirements relevant to company instances and evaluate the need to implement/upgrade/change.
• Demonstrable experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer using Robotic technologies.

Relevant skills for the job:

• Proficient in UIPath
• Complete understanding of UIPath structure/architecture and security best practices
• Have understanding of UI Path upgrade and handle the upgrades effectives.
• Clear understanding of Automation Hub functionality and features
• Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.

• Provide Guidance and hand hold Developers on Technical front.
• Review Codes and suggest improvements.
• Detailed knowledge of data structures i.e. (JSON/XML/SOAP).
• Integration's experience using APIs.

Soft skills

• Should have good communication and presentation skills and a good team player.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (frequent end-user communication is required!)
• Multiple language skills are a plus.
• Experience running a mixed-mode environment (Office 2010, 2013, 2016) is a plus.
