Job Title: Analyst HR Shared Services/ Senior Executive

Job Location: Bangalore


Major Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure data integrity across the region in Success Factor, ADP GV, ADP Streamline and Time & Attendance System employee data
  2. Responsible for delivery of timely and accurate payroll services, ensuring that timelines are met per schedule and Finance and Audit requests are addressed promptly
  3. Responsible for day-to-day support for key HR processes and applications related to Payroll activities, Benefit admin, Workforce admin, HR Operational activities & Project Management
  4. Responsible for delivery of invoice process which includes Generate purchase orders, receive & verify incoming invoices, log into accounting system, ensure proper job costing accounting and timely payment to vendors.
  5. Responsible for completing invoice reconciliations and providing timely support to the global leaders with the analytical reports
  6. Responsible for managing total spend, planning / forecasting and recommendations
  7. Responsible for delivering the standard GL reconciliation on payroll related items
  8. Responsible for completion of the user audit for HR Shared Services
  9. Responsible for delivering Global & Regional Reports
  10. Play a key role as a Superuser under HR Shared Services
  11. Provide superior customer service daily to both external and internal customers
  12. Support us in Standardizing and simplifying the Global Processes
  13. Responsible for delivery of Global Communication
  14. Respond to and work with the appropriate support teams to resolve inquiries received through HR Ticketing system, calls, etc. submitted to the HR Service Center
  15. Perform scheduled activities and audits serving as a liaison with the regional centers
  16. Assists with developing and maintaining concise documentation for financial operations, global procedures, and work processes




Ideal Experience:  The characteristics of the ideal candidate will be broadly as follows: 

  1. 5-8 years of experience in leading HR / Finance shared services organization in reputable MNC companies
  2. Preferred Graduate with master’s in finance would be an added advantage
  3. Successful track record of handing Finance related activities, employee life cycle activities under HR / Finance Shared Services, primarily Payroll process, Payroll accounting, Invoice processing, Forecasting & Planning
  4. Added advantage if the candidate is handling Benefits Admin & Workforce Admin activities
  5. Fluency in English
  6. Good user knowledge in MS Office applications
  7. System knowledge: SuccessFactors, SAP, Case Management system, People Soft and Payroll HRMIS
