Job Description

Title: Assistant Manager – Global HR Process

Area of Focus: Talent & Org Effectiveness Processes

 

Key Responsibilities: What the Role will “Do”

  • Ensure the Connectivity and Deployment of Talent / HR Processes and coordinate so that the Desired Outcomes are achieved.
  • Develop and update resources supporting deployment of Talent / HR Processes, develop material and Job aids for Deployment and Training, Deploy Training with HR Team and support the required local language need globally for deployment of training and Job aid needs for the HR Processes. This would also include coordination of meetings with other process deployment Team members.
  • Cordinate & Drive Process & Continuous improvements including system upgrade through a process of Lesson Learnt to make required improvement recommendations to the various HR Processes in close coordination with the Global COE – Talent & Org Effectiveness.
  • Partner with the Global COE for Administration & Implementation of Employee Engagement survey and also partner & work in the area of administration of other key Processes / Program related to the area of Performance Management: Leadership Development Program Coordination, Talent Review (Succession planning, IDP process) coordination, Support on Global Mentoring Program, etc.
  • Measure HR Process Adoption and Usage while working closely with People analytics to understand workforce adoption, trends and Insights and required actions working with and in coordination with the Global COE.
  • Collaborate and engage with Project Managers and Global Process owners to develop and work on areas of Change Management as processes get Designed or Improved by the COE.

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Understanding of the Objective & Purpose of the Processes & the Stakeholders both Inside & Outside HR as this could be leveraged / consulted by the COE during Design or improvement activities.
  • Understanding of the connectivity of various HR Systems / Tools.

 

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other applied Human Sciences.
  • 6-7 Years of Working Experience.
