Education & Relevant Experience (in brief):

 Engineering graduate in Mechanical / Industrial Production

 Experience of 2 to 8 years from reputed Machine Tool / Special Purpose Machine (SPM)

Companies.

 Exposure to Application Engineering of CNC Tool Grinding Machines

Desired skills and experience:

 Passion to work in a challenging work environment

 Team Player with Positive attitude & Self-motivated.

 Excellent communication skills for effectively communicating both internally and with

customers

 Hands-on and can-do attitude - high energy, positive, deadline-driven, dependable with an

ability to deliver results with aggressive deadlines.

 Should be organized and have strong interpersonal, analytical & perseverance skills

Key Responsibilities:

 To provide Application engineering support during Prove-outs and After-Sales-Support for CNC

Tool Grinding machines

 Manage the team of Application engineers.

 Provide the Pre-Sales support to Sales to demonstrate capability of machines

 Ensure smooth Trials during Machine Prove-out.

 Lead and Guide the Application Engineers Team

 Provide Post-Sales Support related to Applications.

 Provide necessary inputs internally to Design Team and other
