Job Title:-  Manager EHS

Location:- Bangalore

Job Summary:

To help EHS Head in implementing the EHS programs across Kennametal India Limited.

Key Job Responsibility:

• Leads and supports implementation of corporate EHS systems and standards at the location with direction of EHS leadership.
• Leads and supports management of applicable environmental programs (air, water, waste, etc.) by collecting data and helping to assure reports, inspections and samples are completed timely.
• Coordinates with and supports EHS leadership with implementing critical EHS programs at the location. (lockout, mobile equipment, electrical fall prevention, etc.)
• Assists with development of and drives implementation and execution of injury prevention plans.
• Leads and supports location fatality and serious injury prevention team and developing action plans to eliminate risks.
• Develops and conducts EHS training to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Leads and supports incident investigations root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coaches and mentors’ frontline supervisors on executing their EHS roles and responsibilities.
• Ability to complete other duties as assigned by EHS leadership.

Education & Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) with RLI / CLI) or MTech – Industrial Safety
• 8-10 Year of overall experience in EHS
