Kennametal is looking for Specialist Application Delivery for SAP modules, who will help drive the success of key Kennametal manufacturing processes and modernization initiatives. This individual will be part of the IT Application Delivery team that supports business with the SAP & integrated applications for manufacturing & supply chain.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

· Support daily maintenance activities and enhancements in MAKE space (SAP PP, QM, SCM)

· Trouble shooting & provide clarifications to end users on SAP functionalities.

· Gather requirements from Business partners and enable new functionality in SAP PP, QM & SCM Modules or any other IT systems.

· Participate in projects for SAP Implementation/Rollout.

· Coordinate with ABAP/UI5 development to build customized application for Mfg.

· Preparing Functional Spec for the development, build test scenarios for the business requirements and perform manual testing / regression testing.

· Integrate SAP with other systems as required.

· Identify potential areas of improvement in IT processes which can bring business benefits.

· Co-ordinate with cross function modules such as SAP MM, SD, LE, FI & others which have an impact on MAKE modules to ensure the company's requirements are met in a consistent manner.

· Provide reports to users by working with the ABAP team or through business intelligence.

· Provide work around to users whenever SAP does not meet the requirements directly.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Any Master's/bachelor's degree with 6 months to 1 year SAP PP/QM functional firsthand experience.

· Strong understanding of overall business process for tooling industry.

· Business process knowledge related to manufacturing.

· Preferred knowledge on IT tools like ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft apps.

· SAP knowledge of Production planning, Quality management and integration with SAP modules.

· Ability to map business process to SAP functions.

· Effective communication and presentation skills as well as a strong collaborator.

· Makes informed decisions using data analysis, integration, and constructive thinking.
