Administration Specialist with languages

 

 

We are looking for a person to be responsible for responding employee HR inquiries and updating employee data.

 

Our office is located in Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona.

 

You will provide support for HR activities including: new hires, terminations, employment/organizational data changes, leave of absence processing, payroll, time & attendance, benefits administration, data reconciliations (audits) and all other processes related to HR policies and administration.

The job that you will do is basically administrative. You will be picking up the phone and contacting with different governmental agencies in different European countries. We offer a permanent, full time position and we are expecting a candidate who wants to stay for a long time on this position.

 

We are looking for someone experienced just on various administrative tasks in an office environment.

You will be part of our European HR team; therefore, an intermediate level of these European languages is a must: German, French, Spanish AND English are CRUCIAL to do this job.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Resolve inquiries received through HR ticket system, calls or emails submitted to the HR Service Center
  • Coordinates onboarding activities for new hires
  • Processes leave management
  • Maintains the accuracy of shared files and data bases
  • Handles and makes necessary changes to time data and/or payroll data
  • Ensures employee data is coded accurately in the system, i.e., job classification, shift assignment, etc.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience with administration tasks
  • Experience working with systems and with PC applications including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Specific language skills are CRUCIAL. We are looking for a person with at least intermediate level in ALL of the following languages:
    • German
    • French
    • Spanish
    • English
