Payroll Analyst with German


As a HR Shared Services Analyst you will be responsible to deliver timely and accurate payroll services on German Market, the key deliverables for this role include ensuring seamless delivery of HR operational services, streamlining, standardizing and driving continuous improvement of all HR processes, expanding self-service capabilities and access to information tools, reporting and analytics.

In this role you will...


- Respond to and work with the appropriate support teams to resolve inquiries received through HR Ticketing system, calls, etc. submitted to the HR Service Center;

- Analyse HR transactions and own data integrity of all SuccessFactors and SAP Global View transactions by adhering to work guidelines and processes to ensure compliant transactions are maintained; Perform system testing as needed;

- Handle an end-to-end processing of monthly and yearly payroll processes for few german payroll locations;

- Process payroll monthly and yearly reporting, providing input for Finance teams;

- Clarify of Payroll Consolidation issues with Finance Department;

- Deal with financial controls, incl. SOX and operational controls maintained at a local country level;

- Implement continues improvements within functional area of payroll process;

- Carry out independent analyzes of complex issues and present your results to management;

- Assists with developing and maintaining department's processes and procedure documentation for internal and external reference;

- Delivery against all compliance imperatives including support for data audits, local legislative needs, protecting data privacy at all times and adhering to confidentiality requirements.



What we need from you is:


- Experience working in an HR Shared Services, Support Centre 

- Knowledge and experience of working with employment legislation in german market;

- Several years of experience in payroll for german market;

- Knowledge of payroll legislations and processes; SAP HCM is a must;

- Focus on continuous Improvement in payroll and HR administration processes;

- Ability to effectively collaborate across teams;

- Detail-oriented and organized with good analytic and problem-solving abilities;

- Experience working with various HR Systems and proficiency with PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook;

- Ability to interact with all levels of management;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Fluency in German language, English is a plus.
