Currently, our Australian Infrastructure Business Group is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative based in Brisbane, Australia. This position works directly under the supervision of the local business leader, with dotted reporting to the Customer Service leader in the Asia Pacific region.



• At least 2-3 years customer service and/or sales support experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• System processing experience is a must; SAP is preferred

• Effective in customer management / engagement

• Data driven and logical thinking

• Proactive, well-organized, and hard working

• Able to work under pressure, have good decision-making ability and judgment

• Competent in understanding and communicating all product and technical information.

• Must be willing to work on the South side of Brisbane, Australia



•Telephone and written customer service

• Interface with internal departments

• Collaboration with sales

• Responsibility for customer satisfaction in general

• Increase customer satisfaction through defined actions (based on supplier ratings)

• Quotation Management

• Check and creation of Request for Quotation (RFQ)

• Coordination of custom tooling solutions with engineering & sales

• Commercial preparation of quotations

• Creation and submission of the quotation to customer

• Tracking of open offers in cooperation with sales

• Order Management

• Check and creation of sales documents with the help of shared service teams

• Coordination of custom tooling solutions with engineering & sales

• Sending order confirmations, invoices, drawings, etc.

• Open Order Management

• Complaint Management

• Coordination with related service teams for customer’s complaint case

• Creation of Credit Memos

• Creation of replacement orders

• Supporting sales promotions and campaigns

• Digital document management and filing according to standard procedures
