Job title: Account Development Specialist (Sales Engineer)

Location: Chengdu

Responsibility:

 

  • Actively pursue new customers/relationships (face to face) in a defined geographic territory and with main goal to increase sales opportunities through strategic planning & cold calling.
  • Manage and grow existing relationships with customers with relatively low spend (example: $50K) and high account potential. Transition account to Key Account Specialist after an identified threshold level of time/sales.
  • Determine key objectives required to win and resource requirements/risks.
  • Leverage CRM to track activities and NOVO
  • Identify potential untapped markets.
  • Equal laser focus on customer and competition.
  • Drive E-Commerce applications
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, programs.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business and or Manufacturing and or Engineering. 
  • 3-5 years experience in sales/marketing/industrial sales preferred. 
  • CMP Program certificate preferred. (Certified Metal Cutting Professional).
