Position: Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales


Job Summary: 


  • Direct Marketing and Field Sales initiatives at - (Gurgaon) Region for *WIDMA  Products (SPM, Vertical Turning Machines, Fixture Tooling solutions for Machining Centre CNC Tool Grinder Machines manufactured at Bangalore). 
  • Business Development for *WDMA products.
  • Co-ordinate with Sales Engg, at HO for timely submission of quotation. Interface between Customer and Sales Engg. 
  • Techno -commercial discussion with customer and order finalisation.
  • Lead and act for customer Satisfaction.

Key Job Responsibilities


  • To Achieve / Exceed Allotted order Target from the region 
  • Maintain customer Satisfaction.
  • Supply payment & Advance payment collection within Specified timelines 


Years of Relevant Work Experience Required: 10-15 Years


Preferred Areas of Education, Certifications, and Skills: 


  • BE (Mechanical / Mechatronics /Prod. Engg)/ DME*
  • Overall experience for Degree holder in Metal cutting Machine Tool field & at least last 3 years in Field Sales /Pre – Sales experience
  • Strong ability to understand customer's issues and to tackle problems independently. Comfortable with taking responsibility and to meet with customer expectation. Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Techno-commercial business Acumen.
  • (Engg. Degree should be direct degree from Regular Engg. College)
  • (MBA / Diploma in Sales / Diploma in Marketing will be preferred.)
  • *(Candidate having MBA / M Tech from Reputed Institute:   1-year relaxation in Experience while for DME – 3 years Additional experience is required)
  • (Candidate with knowledge of Machining centers/Special Purpose Machines, manufacturing needs of automobiles or engineering industry, ability to interact with customers regarding machine configuration tooling/fixture selection, etc. are preferred)

Required Licenses & Certificates:


  • 4W- Driving license, Engineering Certification
