Customer Service Rep - Bilingual (Spanish/English)
South Charlotte/Fort Mill Area 
Job Summary

Kennametal has multiple openings for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English-Spanish). We offer a highly competitive salary, full comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off and paid holidays.
Candidates must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish (fluency to conduct business in both English and Spanish). The Customer Service Rep provide front line support for customer order entry, order expedites, and order expediting, quoting, returns, price/availability. This position is based in Fort Mill, SC.


  • Perform CSR related tasks within well-defined procedures using phone and email to support Kennametal customers in Mexico
  • Performs follow up with customers, generates quotes, order tracking
  • Compile data and prepare reports for managers as needed




  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 1 - 5 years in customer service
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • SAP quote and order experience is a plus but not required
