Marketing Communications Manager – EMEA Area (m/w/d)



Job Summary


The Marketing Communications Manager – EMEA supports the global marketing communications function in the implementation of strategic marketing and business initiatives in the region—driving market share and sales. This position collaborates with multiple cross functional teams including digital, creative, product management, and regional marketing to build brand awareness and affinity among key stakeholders in the EMEA region across multiple touchpoints.




Key Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage multi-layered and multi-channel marketing communications plans. 
  • Craft messaging that is factual, engaging and optimized for channel distribution; ensure message and branding consistency in all communications.
  • Develop presentations and other materials to share marketing communication.
  • Create engaging customer, on-brand experiences in the market to drive awareness and sales; includes roadshows and demonstrations, as well as regional trade shows to showcase products and amplify messaging.
  • Manage the creation of all program materials; review and provide final approval on all regional marketing materials
  • Explore new channels, methods, media and platforms to optimize regional programming and results.
  • Build and implement the brand marketing communications strategy in the EMEA region
  • Outline and manage annual media plan (advertising) and outreach (PR) to support products/brands, as well as strategic growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with digital and creative services teams to leverage and optimize websites, CRM tools (and marketing automations), advertising, social media channels
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand strategies while driving growth objectives; identify brand insights related to awareness, engagement, NPS, relevancy to target customer need, and translate into business initiatives and actionable tasks to improve business results.






Education, Work Experience, Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing communications, public relations, or related field
  • 7+ years of marketing communications experience or related field
  • Excellent in the management/development of others
  • Exceptional planner and project manager
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Must have experience with large trade shows
  • Excellent at prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines (fast paced environment)
  • MS Office
