Responsibilities:

Ensure all sales activities are under company’s guild line, to improve company’s commercial performance (sales, collection, profit, etc.)

Align individual sales strategy with the company’s.

Improve CPR (Convention, Penetration, and Retention).

Achieve market dominance and sales target by executing CAP, Corporate promotion, etc., 

Build relationship with various management levels divisions, locations and functional departments of managed accounts, to improve customer satisfaction.

Review account plan and tactical plans progress regularly and takes corrective actions if needed.

Proactively collect and share market information with relative departments (marketing, project team, other sales region, etc.)

Provide common technical service to customers.

Continually learning and improving sales skill and knowledge of KMT products and application.

 

Qualifications

College degree or above major in mechanism or related engineering major

Three years working experiences in mechanical industry.

Preferable sales experiences in related industry

Familiar with MS(word excel PowerPoint)

Fluent of English speaking and writing

Passion and energetic

Good communication skills

Good interpersonal skill

Integrity

A professional and responsible team player
