    Job Responsibilities:
•    Business development in new customers/product-Wear components ,Die plat etc
•    Business processes-sales forecast; CRM adoption; Weekly report 
•    Communication with global team for delivery ,new product development 
•    Drive to achieve commercial targets (sales and profit)
•    Drive sales growth through strategic growth initiatives
•    Market study: holistic market intelligence feedback and competitor analysis
•    Value Selling-provide wear solution to customers and help customer to fix issue, increase productivity with kennametal’ superior quality 
1. Bachelor’s in Engineering or Material Sciences with a strong sales skills background. Master or proficiency with Tungsten carbide products considered a strong advantage.
2. 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
3. willing to spend +50% of time in travelling and customer interaction .
4. Strong ability to successfully lead cross-functional project teams.
5. Demonstrated high level competency in written English and decent verbal communications in English
6. Problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated.
