Education Qualification:

1.B.E. (Electrical) with Total experience of 5 years & above; consisting of 2-3 years of experience in machine tools industry.

2.Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic with Total experience of 8 years & above; consisting of 4-5 years of experience in machine tool industry.

Age Group: Around 28 years.

Location: Gurgaon [Job involves extensive travelling within NCR and at times across India]

Experience (Core Electrical):

1.Hands on working knowledge of Fanuc, Mitsubishi & Siemens CNC controls.

2.Hand on working knowledge of PLCs like Fanuc, Siemens & Mitsubishi.

3.Working experience in handling variable frequency drives like Control Technique, Mitsubishi, Siemens & Danfoss etc.

4.Should be able to check & edit PLC program for above controllers and make correction if required in the assembly.

5.Must have hands on experience to commissioning of the different types of CNC machines with above mentioned CNC systems.

6.Must have hands on experience of interfacing of Accessories to Machine like HPP, Coolant Tank, Voltage Stabilizer, Transformer, Auto loading/ unloading Gantry, Chip conveyor etc.

7.Exposure to conceptual details of IOT & it’s working environment will be preferred.

8.Knowledge of trouble shooting of Electrical issues.

Preferred Experience (Mechanical):

1.Ability to understand Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits & related wiring connections, logic etc.

2.Familiarity with basic elements/ sub- assemblies/ Accessories of machine tools.

Other general requirements:

1.Good written & spoken English communication skills.

2.Should have flair for customer service job & be able to understand and address customers’ need competently.

3.Willingness to travel extensively & at times at short notices.

4.Ability of in-depth analysis with strong analytical skills.

5.Spoken Languages- English, Hindi. Other regional language would be added advantage.

6.Should have positive attitude and self-motivated.

7.To be self-starter/ take self-initiative to lead the team from front.
