Job Title: Senior Representative HR Field Services

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

 

Job Summary  

Work closely with the managers and the employees to maintain a positive working environment at Widia Shinki LLC. Drive employees’ engagement, development and retention in order to effectively support the day to day manufacturing and commercial operations. Advocate a culture of performance, accountability, respect, ethics and integrity, and company’s cultural beliefs. Ensure HR day to day activities are in compliance with Vietnam labor law and labor practices

 

Key Job Responsibilities 

  • Business Partner: Partnering with Business Leaders on people and organization. Align HR policies and procedures with the business strategy in order to fulfill business outcomes.
  • Talent Acquisition, Development & Retention: Discuss & Develop strategies / ideas to attract talent and support in their development & retention to provide a competitive edge to Organization. Work closely with recruiting partners to ensure the attraction of a diverse and qualified workforce. 
  • Talent Management: Partnering with Business Leaders to develop a depth and a breadth of Management Capabilities to build the leadership pipelines. Provide guidance and execution on workforce planning and restructuring. 
  • Organizational Development: Partnering with Business Leaders to implement initiatives which address the skill gaps, employee perceptions, teamwork and leadership requirements to enhance the organizational capabilities. Identify development needs for the organization and closure by executions. Change Management: Drive & Support change management by initiating and leading the change and by serving as a facilitator for changes in the Organization. 
  • HR Operational Excellence:  Provide and submit the HR reports/assignments accurately and on time. Work closely with the HR team members to achieve the HR functional goals and objectives. 

 

Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates Required

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Human Resources or other related field
  • Should have 8~10 years of working experiences in Human Resources functions and 2~4 years of working experiences as the HRBP, have working experiences at MNCs are highly preferred
  • Have working knowledge in multiple HR disciplines including but not limited to talent management, learning and development and employee relations
  • Have business acumen, in-depth knowledge and experiences on HR processes and policies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, good analytical skills with conceptual mindset
  • Worked in the companies with focused on Ethics, Integrity and Safety
  • Positive thinking, proactive and open-minded
  • Good collaboration and teamwork
