Customer Service Representative for Turkish market

 

Place of work: Istanbul, Dudullu area

 


An excellent opportunity has become available to join Kennametal as a Customer Service Representative for Turkey.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and support related tasks that cover the order life-cycle process. We are looking for an outgoing, socially confident person with customer support experience, or previous experience in a customer facing environment.

 

Key responsibilities:
•    Direct email and phone contact with customers
•    Active cooperation with sales engineers, production, logistics and finance to deliver highest customer service standards
•    Serving Order to Cash process through quotations, orders preparation and delivery monitoring in SAP
•    Handling complaints and returns in SAP and CRM systems


Knowledge and experience:
•    Communicative level of English and fluent Turkish
•    Previous experience in customer service
•    Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office (mainly Excel)
•    Well-developed communication skills
