District Business Manager (DBM)
We are looking for a great professional to join us as District Business Manager (DBM) who will directly report to Managing Director - UK.
The core purpose of this Managing a commercial team.
As a strong team leader, you will be responsibility for Key Customers, annual Sales, customer support of existing accounts, acquisition of new customers and ensuring profitable growth, taking market share.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Key Account Specialists, Account Development Specialists and Application Engineers
- Responsible to achieve targets figures.
- Customer support of existing accounts, acquisition of new customers
- Management of Key Accounts
- Enhancement of customer relations
- Business Development in sales district.
- Ensuring profitable growth and take market share,
- Use of sales & reporting tools
- Demonstrating leadership
- Sales Planning, KPI, follow up´s, action plans.
- Market and competition analysis
- Talent Acquisition, Resource allocation, Talent Development, Performance Management
- Cooperation with machine tools industry, Engineering, Marketing, Production Plants, Corporate Functions.
Your profile:
Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable degree in Engineering with Commercial background. Alternatively, degree in economics/ business administration, strong technical affinity and experience in sales of advanced technical products.
Experiences:
Following work experiences are required:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales of technical products in industrial environment, preferably in Mechanical Engineering -, Machine Tools -, Metal Cutting Industries
- Experience in working with direct sales and end customers.
- Strong commercial profile
- Leadership Experience
- Experience in an international environment
- Proficiency in Change Management / structuring of sales processes and organizations
- Marketing skills
- Preparation of analysis, customer strategies, action plans, follow-up
