Analyst Advanced Analytics

Hybrid - 2 days/week in Latrobe, PA office and 3 days/week remote


Job Summary and Mission:
An Analyst in the Advanced Analytics team  participates in business requirements gathering, develops and maintains analytics reports to help solve or bring insight to complex data problems, often including data visualizations, storytelling and/or statistical analyses.  Experience with data visualization tools and analysis techniques makes this a key resource in implementation of data solutions that lead to improved company performance and achievement of overall business goals.  The incumbent will work closely with Data Engineering and Data Modeling teams and/or senior team members from the Advanced Analytics team in developing solutions to accomplish goals.


  • Under guidance of a Manager or Senior resource, present information using visualization techniques to enable data driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Participate in analytics requirements sessions, document expected business outcomes and work with partners to implement successfully.
  • Creatively use Tableau, PowerBl and MS Excel to build dashboards to enable expected business objectives and enable self-service
  • Employ techniques in MS TSQL, SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, Power Bl, Excel or other tools to ensure supportability and reliability of reports and analytics.
  • With guidance from a Manager or Senior resource, facilitate business key user groups – team with vendors or develop content for user group meetings, training events, etc.
  • Applies and integrates statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis skills to manage and manipulate complex high-volume data from a variety of sources. 



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience
