Kennametal’s Emerging Leadership Program

EMERGE, Kennametal’s early-career leadership development program, is focused on building emerging leaders within Kennametal through diverse experiences to expand their perspectives, develop functional expertise, and accelerate career development. 

EMERGE will equip participants with leadership, professional, and technical skills necessary to drive performance and integration among business functions.  This immersive program is 2 years in duration with diverse functional rotations within Kennametal’s IT, Finance, Operations, Technology, or Commercial business tracks.  Participants must be willing to relocate or travel during the program.  Post completion of the program, position placement will be into a role based on your strengths and interests, as well as business need at that time.

• IT - Our Information Technology Team is a trusted business partner translating needs into technical solutions and protecting our assets. 
• Finance - Our Finance Team partners with the business every day to enable strategic decision making while delivering best-practice financial processes, measurement, and execution.

• Technology - Our Technology Team develops innovative new materials, products, and processes to support our customers and manufacturing teams.
