Job Title: Marketing Manager - Digital Portfolio

Location: Latrobe, PA.

 

Role Synopsis:

Leads the development of multi-channel digital marketing programs and experience to drive demand, customer acquisition and retention, and/or brand awareness for defined initiatives. This
position participates in a variety of tasks such as such as the creation and development of print and online advertising, mobile applications, website experience, email marketing, content
development, videos, sales collateral, customer events, tradeshows, and RFP review and development

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Works cross-functionally within Marketing, Portfolio Management, Sales and others to understand customer segments, business needs, industry drivers, key verticals and competitive dynamics.
  • Develops marketing and communication plans, leads creative strategy sessions with agency partners, offers point of view, and participates in the development of strategic programs.
  • Guides the development and implementation of marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding profitable revenue growth, market share within specific customer/industry segments, customer retention, new customer acquisition, and customer penetration.
  • Partners with other areas to develop and implement targeted approaches to customer segment, industry, and/or product based marketing by determining the most effective means of communication and development of integrated marketing plans.
  • Liaises between internal customers and external marketing agencies in the design of programs, campaigns, promotional material, and sales collateral.
  • Explores, recommends, deploys, and optimizes communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage with various audiences; continually tests content formats and distribution channels to determine the optimal approach to reaching various segments/target audiences.
  • Oversees the design and production of collateral (both in-house and outsourced).
  • Oversee and lead special customer events and tradeshows to support marketing programs and target market development
  • Develops sales enablement tools and marketing collateral including items such as: sell sheets, sales flyers, white, website content, social media, case studies, presentations, ROI calculators, and trade advertising.
  • Works cross-functionally within Marketing, Product Management, Sales and others, through planning sessions, to deliver fully integrated programs to meet or exceed revenue and profit margin objectives.
  • Manages and protects the WIDIA brand by ensuring consistency in communications and adherence to brand standards.
  • Directs external resources such as marketing agencies, photographers, videographers and print and digital vendors to ensure timely flow of projects and that all corporate brand standards are met.
  • Fosters the WIDIA Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of WIDIA’s vision and unity of purpose
  • Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

 

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years' minimum, 10 years preferred relevant marketing experience.
  • Content management & content creation experience
  • Project management experience
  • Digital Development experience.
  • Website & Mobile App development experience highly preferred.
  • Adobe products including Adobe Experience Manager
  • 25% travel requirement, global or domestic
