Job Summary
Lead, support, develop, and manage the Sales operations and Pricing Teams for specified region.  Provide high level insight and work collaboratively with finance and regional sales leader


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure implementation of business strategy in a way that is consistent and complimentary with the team, department, and segment goals to achieve sales targets and planned profits.
  • Lead all CPP Related activity 
  • Identify and implement automation of key analytics to support the commercial organization.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, & manage Sales Operations and Pricing team to achieve company sales objectives and goals.  
  • Provide the Sales Organization day to day support of activities and tracking mechanisms. 
  • Bridge Outside and Inside of organization
  • Work with top management to develops sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals.
  • Interact with Regional Sales Teams, local sales staff and sales staff to develop implementation plans to execute sales strategies and programs for specific market channels
  • Lead quota setting for the region
  • Support Market Channel Rationalization efforts
  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization
  • Manage Departmental Budget
  • Manage special projects to realize specific short-term and long-term objectives or establish new processes.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Compiling and submitting KPI information for Incentive Comp Payments
  • Collaborate with other regional Sales Operations and Pricing Teams to establish global standards and achieve company-wide goals



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or relevant field 
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience or non-degreed with 8 or more years of relevant experience
  • Five years of experience in sales operations, product management, marketing, or customer service, Commercial experience a plus
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • In depth understanding of the metal cutting or precision tooling industry
  • Solid project management skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a range of people from machine shop personnel to business owners and officers
  • Exhibit forward-looking thinking abilities to proactively seek opportunities and propose solutions to problems
  • Possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to learn new technologies to support the needs of the business unit and organization.
  • Must be detail oriented Prior management experience preferred
