Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (SEO/SEM)

Office based role in Latrobe, PA USA

 

An excellent opportunity has become available to join Kennametal as a Digital Marketing Analyst. The successful candidate will specialize in Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing for global digital programs Pay-Per-Click campaigns and video marketing for Kennametal Inc. You will also develop and manage the digital roadmap for search engine management/marketing to enable our digital channels to incrementally  improve qualified traffic that generates revenue to corporate websites.

 

Working with the Global Digital Marketing Lead, this hands-on role requires excellent content management skills for meta tagging and keyword research, persona research and development as well as competitive benchmark analysis. The ideal candidate will research content topics and search volume to project inbound traffic from paid and earned search traffic. The successful candidate will also insist on centering all efforts around the highest standards of user experience for key influencers in markets we serve that drive conversion.

 

The successful candidate will be highly organized and programmatic in his/her approach, comfortable managing multiple projects using Agile methodologies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire to be tactical as well as strategic and forward thinking. Candidates will possess a wide depth of understanding in the digital marketing space but strong in search engine optimization and marketing. Must be creative in problem solving and possess a desire to learn our industry and the needs of our customers.

 

Responsibilities

Technical optimization of content and product data working with third parties specialists.

 Research topics and key personas to support content marketing strategies/opportunities.

Drive results through qualitative and quantitative data.

Ability to manipulate data to create actionable insights in search metrics as well as Adobe Analytics.

Manage an optimize paid campaigns performance and budget.

 

 

Typical Education and work experience

Bachelors degree in editing, marketing or related field.

SEO, SEM, information architecture, personalization/segmentation, web analytics. Strong ability to analyze and optimize.

Google Ads/AdWords

Experience with MOZ, Screaming Frog, SEM Rush or related search engine tools

Adobe Marketing Cloud (Target, Analytics and Experience Manager)

3-5 Years or more work experience.

Experience in metal cutting strongly preferred

Proficiency with MS Office in Word and Excel.
