Senior Analyst Marketing Communications

Creates and manages global marketing campaigns that adhere to corporate brand standards to attract new customers and retain current customers. Develops tools to enhance customers' overall experience selecting, purchasing and using Kennametal products

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute key tasks and projects of a complex nature
  • Perform analysis of a complex nature and develop recommendations in support of achieving business objectives
  • Prepare progress, status and forecast reports on multiple key aspects of the assigned area of responsibility
  • May oversee work of Technical/Professional or Admin/Support type roles
  • Creates and maintains marketing materials to acquire, retain and nurture customers through the lifecycle.
  • Develops and deploys tools including product catalogs that improves customers' experience discovering, purchasing and using Kennametal products.
  • Manages marketing campaigns from conception to lead dispersal.
  • Provides support for both internal and external customers for all marketing efforts.

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • In depth professional knowledge and expertise of a specialized field or multiple disciplines
  • Primary accountability for the performance of: Function within a business unit and/or own work.
  • Provides input into creation of execution plan and updates to plan based on changes in strategic direction.
  • Primary responsibility for carrying out all, or portions of, the execution plan relating to specific area of accountability

Education and Experience

  • 4 year secondary degree, plus advanced degree preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years in discipline.
