Job Summary
Provides support in the design & implementation of various components of Kennametal’s Total Rewards programs including process implementation and administration support for programs including, but not limited to, base compensation; variable compensation; executive compensation; and benefits in Kennametal’s quest to offer market competitive compensation that aligns to our true pay for performance culture to recruit, retain, and motivate our team members to achieve success

- Administers compensation programs such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, salary surveys and also may include the following areas of compensation: executive, international, sales and other specialized areas of compensation. May also provide support in the development and implementation of various compensation programs
Education, Work Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business
- 1-3 years relevant experience
