  • Developing new concepts in Supply Chain and designs for new or existing value streams, as well as optimizing and further developing existing processes. Particular focus on the integration of planning systems with manufacturing such that requirements from global SOP processes are clearly visible to internal manufacturing plants and vendors to facilitate a schedule that meets the global customer needs.
  • Taking the lead in transforming the Supply Chain and influencing the supply chain-related strategies of the assigned businesses and markets by working closely with the relevant senior management.
  • Be able to scale program successes on a global basis
  • Leading major change programs across the integrated supply chain.
  • Examples of evidence of success in this role are reduced end to end cycle time, increased inventory turns and meeting or exceeding customer on-time delivery.



  •  Minimum: Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10 + years of related experience in development and implementation of lean global E2E supply chains in a small batch manufacturing centric business.
  • 5 + years’ experience of leading major change programs.
  • 7+ years experience with SAP and planning systems  (Kinaxis preferred ).
  • Certified in Lean preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Lean, value stream mapping and process management to drive improvements and to solve complex problems in a global supply chain environment.
  • Possesses strong working knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including the underlying theories and concepts
  • Strong understanding of E2E production cycles, ideally has worked in manufacturing.
  • Has experience of SQL and/or Power Bi reporting tools.
  • Ability to influence others within own organization.
  • Acts as advisor and mentor to material managers within the organisation
  • Good written documentation skills, strong analytical  and problem-solving skills
