    • Key role responsibilities:

      • Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS); evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of projects to ensure that project implementation is on target. Participate in schedule risk analysis and incorporate into schedule.
      • Work with stakeholder groups to obtain task completion status, as well as risk and issue data.
      • Assist portfolio, program and project managers to develop project scope of work.
      • Study and understand all relevant project documents pertaining to the preparation of plans and schedules.
      • Work with all relevant project personnel to prepare plans and schedules.
      • Convert scope of work document into logically linked, resourced project schedule
      • Prepare realistic, achievable schedules as logical networks and include but not limited to integrating engineering, procurement and construction schedules.
      • Responsible for the monitoring and measurement of progress, the identification and working of program-wide issues, and addressing of tasks received from project management and external agencies with respect to integrated master schedules and plans. Monitor progress against project schedule and prepare weekly progress reports.
      • Prepare, review and ensure the timely issue of all relevant reports to stakeholders
      • Verbally and in writing advise project management and discipline personnel on impacts, contingencies and generally guide the scopes towards the earliest possible finish.
      • Conduct and report on critical path analysis.
      • Provide realistic resource forecast data at a project and corporate level.
      • Maintain realistic future work forecast plans for resource management.
      • Provide input into the budget forecasting process.
      • Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks, work authorizations, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration.
      • Assist in the coordination of program-wide review meetings with appropriate personnel
  • Qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience project scheduling on large, complex projects.
      • Expert in Microsoft Project.  PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) a plus.
      • Knowledge of MS Project Online and Power BI a plus.
      • Proficient in project management standards, with experience in schedule, cost, risk. PMP certified a plus.
      • Ability to communicate with management on how to ease/improve the planning/scheduling process. Good interpersonal skills to coordinate and communicate with leads, program management, and customer representatives. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to management.
      • High level of analytical ability to develop and maintain integrated program plan and schedule system that analyzes, integrates, and formats cost/schedule information to program management and customers. Provides risk reduction implementation plans to project personnel.
      • Understanding of process manufacturing plants a plus.
      • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and a familiarity with SharePoint.
      • Ability to think independently with minimal oversight, as well as demonstrate exceptional written and oral communications skills.
      • Ability to collaborate within a team environment, while meeting strict deadlines and keeping the overall project on schedule.
      • Ability to both work in a fast paced and dynamic environment on short term projects and the ability to work on longer term projects requiring extended planning time.
