Sr Analyst Accounting & Reporting
Location - Latrobe, PA. This is a hybrid role that will require work in office in Latrobe 1 to 2 days a week on average.

Job Summary
Supports the consolidation (global and/or regional) and internal reporting for the company. Supports the production and review of financial statements (both US and Regional GAAP) and supporting analyses. Responsible for accounting for complex areas. Provides key support with special ad hoc analyses and projects.  Assist in management of outsourcing partner.

Key Job Responsibilities 

• Strong accounting skills, ability to understand and account for transactions complex in nature
• Supports the consolidation (global and/or regional) and internal reporting for the company
• Supports the production and review of financial statements (both US and Regional GAAP) and supporting analyses.
• Execute complex tasks and projects; taking projects from start to completion w/ minimal oversight
• Perform analysis and develop recommendations in support of achieving business objectives
• Ability to problem solve when issue arise w/ minimal oversight
• Oversee work of others/be comfortable interacting with individuals in overseas locations
• Assist/manage with both internal and external audit requests
• Must be comfortable working with strict closing deadlines
• Interaction with various departments and levels within the organization – must be comfortable presenting to many different audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with relevant job experience required, Master’s Degree Preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant expereince 
• Proficient in researching accounting issues
• SAP and One Stream proficiency preferred
• Strong excel skills a must
• CPA preferred
