Key Job Responsibilities

  • Execute key tasks and projects of a complex nature
  • Perform analysis of a complex nature and develop recommendations in support of achieving business objectives
    • Provides input into creation of execution plan and updates to plan based on changes in strategic direction.
    • Primary responsibility for carrying out all, or portions of, the execution plan relating to specific area of accountability.
  • Prepare progress, status and forecast reports on multiple key aspects of the assigned area of responsibility
  • May oversee work of Technical/Professional or Admin/Support type roles
  • Drive the sales operations and planning processes through the global consolidation of sales forecasts.
  • Analyze and report sales data and key operational metrics to various internal users, such as department heads, top executives and segment leaders.
  • Participate in the definition and deployment of systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation or sales team metrics.
  • Review sales processes and compare current data to historical information to define actions for the improvement of sales processes.

Education and Experience

  • 4 year secondary degree, plus advanced degree preferred. Comments
  • 5 - 7 years in discipline
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications is required.
  • Experience working with SAP-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) and/or customer relationship management (CRM) tools is required.
  • Must have experience with analytical software and database query applications such as Microsoft Access, SAP Business Explorer and Business Objects.  
  • Must possess good communication skills and the ability to manage time appropriately. Being business-savvy and service-oriented is also helpful.
  • Experience working in a sales support capacity is required.
