Senior Manager HR Field Services - Solon OH, Rogers AR, Lavergne, TN, Pittsburgh, PA
 
Regional Sr. Manager provides HR key team members and partnership to our Americas Operations organization across business segments. Guides continuous improvement, cultural transformation, and standardized HR operating system. Develop and implement talent solutions that help impact business results. Guides strategic HR agenda: talent and succession planning, compensation design, change management, senior management talent acquisition, industrial relations, and employee engagement initiatives team planning.
 
Key Job Responsibilities
• Advise, affect, and guide all levels of leadership on the HR implications of business strategies and all aspects of people-management and leadership ·
• Challenge status quo motivating and facilitating diversity of thought ·
• Partner with HR colleagues and business leadership in organizational assessment and diagnosis to translate business strategies into actions that deliver results and improve organizational capability ·
• Guides and develop direct reports to strengthen engagement, succession planning and career development ·
• Identifies trends and partners with leadership to create and implement plans to address challenges (skill gaps, turnover, diversity, utilization, performance improvement/ownership, organization design and restructuring, etc.). ·
• Partner with operations leadership on people, organization and business strategy, talent management, development & acquisition, employee engagement and organizational capability. ·
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to provide strategic staffing and recruitment consultation.
• Develops, maintains, and communicates key HR metrics and scorecards that define org performance and growth. Reinforces corporate strategies for alignment to goals that impact the enterprise operation ·
• Ensures performance management systems are being followed through intervention, coaching and business partnerships ·
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to provide strategic staffing and recruitment consultation. ·
• Implement the rollout of ongoing Talent Programs around performance management, organization and talent assessment, engagement and more. ·
• Leading Labor Relations initiatives including planning, preparing, and representing the company in contract negotiations, handling grievances, arbitrations and collective bargaining processes and ensuring that all pertinent parties are informed of changes and/or issues as they arise.
 
Education, Work Experience, Skills
• B.S. in Business or Human Resources, Organizational Development or Industrial Psychology
• 6- 10 years in a Manufacturing Environment
• Minimum 5 years in a Union Environment 
• In-depth knowledge of working in a matrix organization
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, statutes, etc., which govern employment policies and practices
• Thorough understanding and application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices and standards
• Lean Six Sigma mindset for strategic and tactical initiatives 
• Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a adaptable, time-sensitive environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator
• Ability to objectively guide employees and organization through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
• Limited supervision and direction is provided, as this team member can operate and drive results and set priorities self - guided.
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Experience working with HR database
• Excellent business and compensation acumen
