 Customer Service Representative for Russian market

Place of work: Poznań


Job Summary

An excellent opportunity has become available to join Kennametal as a Customer Service Representative for Russia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and support related tasks that cover the order life-cycle process. We are looking for an outgoing, socially confident person with customer support experience, or previous experience in a customer facing environment.



Key responsibilities:

  • Direct email and phone contact with customers
  • Serving Order to Cash process through quotations, orders preparation and delivery monitoring in SAP
  • Handling complaints and returns in SAP and CRM systems
  • Active cooperation with sales engineers, production, logistics and finance to deliver highest customer service standards


Knowledge and experience:

  • Fluent Russian with minimum intermediate level of English
  • Computer literacy, with good knowledge of Excel
  • SAP knowledge will be an asset
  • Previous experience in customer service is a must
