HR Shared Services Analyst with German


We are looking for Senior / Midior  HR Shared Services Analyst /Payroll Analyst with German language. If you have a practical experience in payroll accounting for a German Market, then you would be a perfect match for this position! 


In this role you will be:


  • Deliver timely and accurate payroll services on German Market
  • Responsible for delivering support for incoming HR requests from team members or managers for various HR activities like payroll transactions, data changes, etc. through HR Ticketing system, calls, etc.
  • Streamlining, standardizing and driving continuous improvement of all HR processes,
  • Deal with financial controls, incl. SOX and operational controls maintained at a local country level,
  • Process all variable wage components like hours, bonuses, provision, capture of holidays, etc.,
  • Assists with developing and maintaining department's processes and procedure documentation for internal and external reference,
  • Delivery against all compliance imperatives including support for data audits, local legislative needs, protecting data privacy at all times and adhering to confidentiality requirements.




  • Knowledge and experience of working with employment legislation in German market is must,
  • Min 3 years experience working in an HR Shared Services,
  • Several years of experience in payroll for German market,
  • Knowledge in SAP HCM is must,
  • Fluency in German language is must,
  • Ability to work autonomously and within respect of deadlines,
  • Detail-oriented and organized with good analytic and problem-solving abilities,
  • Experience working with various HR Systems and proficiency with PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook,
  • English is a plus.
