Main tasks

 

  • provide service for our Czech customers via email and phone,
  • work with sales team and other departments to support Kennametal partners,
  • create & check sales documents (in Order to Cash processes),
  • use SAP, CRM, MS Office, Genesys,
  • take the extra mile to engage customers.
