Junior Specialist - Accounts Payable:

An excellent opportunity has become available to join Kennametal as Junior Specialist in Accounts Payable at our offices in Poznan.

Responsibilities:

• Posting of Vendor Invoices/Credit Notes
• Processing of T&E Reports and supporting Employees with T&E reports
• Objective, functional, and mathematical checks of Vendor Invoices/Credit Notes based on SAP order data (order related) or based on existing contracts (non-order related)
• Clarification of price and quantity differences with the appropriate person/department
• Discover process weakness for potential improvements

Skills and qualifications:

• Communicative English 
• Profecient in French or German
• Experience in Finance of 0-1 year, graduates are welcomed to apply (Training will be given)
