Digital Marketing Manager - Poland
A great opportunity has opened in our company for a Digital Marketing Manager.
Purpose of the job:
to plan and execute digital marketing and other customer outreach programs for the infrastructure segment of Kennametal, leveraging various channels for brand awareness and lead generation across the key geographies of the company.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the brand, digital, sales and marketing teams to execute the digital marketing and other customer outreach strategy for the infrastructure business of Kennametal.
- Spearhead digital marketing activities across channels – Social Media, Website, e-commerce. Devise and implement strategies for each of the channels considering objectives, outcome, and target audience. Develop content plan accordingly after consultation with various internal stakeholders.
- Lead execution of digital campaigns with the objectives of brand awareness, lead generation, Online Reputation Management (ORM) and customer acquisition.
- Manage the content on the company website and optimize traffic through SEO, SEM to increase awareness about the company products and increase leads.
- Support in developing the e-commerce platform for the products and continuously evolve for enhanced user experience and transactions.
- Support the execution of a comprehensive social media plan, starting with identification of channels geography wise, mapping target audience, outlaying campaign objectives and spends – balancing organic and inorganic activities. Ensure engaging content in line with Kennametal brand standards.
- Setup and present periodic dashboards capturing metrics to evaluate performance across channels and provide key insights to gauge the effectiveness of various digital activities. Revisit strategies from time to time with necessary approvals to continuously improve digital presence.
- Liaise with external agencies to evolve digital marketing tactics.
- Provide an outside-in perspective to the team by tracking emerging trends, changing customer preferences, competition benchmarking etc.
- Support sales team in various customer outreach programs such as trade shows, seminars etc. to facilitate brand awareness and generation.
- Support in development of various regional marketing collateral, working in close coordination with agencies and the global Marketing Communication experts.
Minimum skills required:
- Engaging personality with an ability to push and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, a team player with great collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business Management, with certification in Digital Marketing from a globally recognized institute/organization
- 8-9 years’ experience of working in a similar role with working knowledge of relevant tools like Adwords, Analytics, etc.
- Experience in content development and execution with strong written communication skills at par with global standards
- Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing and hands-on experience of working with SEO, SEM, e-commerce platform etc.
- Exposure to data analytics
- Strong content creation capabilities
- Ability to lead, organize and implement digital marketing initiatives in a truly international setting
- Strong strategic, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written English language skills
