Junior or Specialist with German - Accounts Payable

An excellent opportunity has become available to join Kennametal as Accounts Payable Specialist in Shared Services team in Poznan.

The successful candidate should have good German and English (at least B1).

Responsibilities

• Processing order-related and non-order-related invoices in SAP from various locations – verification of invoice details, supplier master data and VAT verification
• Clarification of any questionable invoice items (price/ quantity discrepancy, payment terms, accounting assignment, supplier master data etc.)
• Close cooperation with other departments (e.g. purchasing, warehouse and finance)
• Corresponding with suppliers and respond to inquiries (incl. reminders, statements, queries etc.)
• Processing Travel & Expenses

Skills and qualifications

• Good German and English language skills
• Organizational skills
• Logical thinking
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Experience in business use of MS Excel
• Accounting and SAP knowledge will be an advantage
