Supervisor Accounts Payable

An excellent opportunity has become available at the Kennametal Shared Services team in Poznan.
If you have experience in Accounting and People management join us as Supervisor Accounts Payable.

The successful candidate should have advanced English and good German.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local AP Team
• Responsibility for Invoice verification process, Helpdesk activities and T&E Reports
• Support Asset Accounting
• Drive Innovation and Automation
• Improve performance
• Cooperation with international Teams

Skills and qualifications 

• Proven leadership skills
• Organizational skills
• Long-term experience in Accounting/Accounts Payables (at least 3 years of experience)
• Advanced English, Good German language skills (French, Spanish or Italian would be an advantage)
• Advanced skills VAT-regulations and taxation
• SAP experience required for Standard SAP and Add-On Applications, e.g. FIS, EDI-Tools
• Analytical reporting skills and reporting capabilities in Excel and Power Point
