Job Summary and Mission
Provide front line support for customer order entry, order expedites, order expediting, quoting, returns, price/availability.

 

Key Job Responsibilities
•Perform basic tasks usually under direct supervision, or within well-defined procedures.
•Use standard technology to complete assigned tasks.
•Compile data and prepare reports in a standard format.
•Excellent customer service as it relates to order entry.
•Calls answered in a timely manner and questions resolved during the first call.
•Upselling when/if appropriate.

 

Requirements
• High school, 4 -year secondary degree preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in customer service, preferably manufacturing-related customer service.
