Job Summary

Supervises indirect labor within a defined work area in a manufacturing operation with the intent of achieving defined goals such as daily and monthly output schedules, quality levels, etc. Monitors employee safety, productivity, and efficiency. Also adheres to PM schedules.


  1. Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, relocating, and continuously improving the operations of the plant production equipment, facilities, and properties within safety guidelines and budget.
  2. Determine schedules and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel.
  3. Train and develop highly skilled maintenance personnel through performance evaluation and coaching for improvement providing technical instruction.
  4. Provide a safe, clean work environment by maintaining good safety practices, inspecting the workplace operations, promoting good housekeeping practices and thorough investigation, ensuring workmanship standards by all technicians.


Preferred knowledge: pressing, heat treat and machining at various.

Technical skills: Hydraulics (Required), pneumatics (required) , electrical (preferred), Controllers (required) (3-5 years)
