Job Title: Sales Ops Analyst

Location: Seoul, South Korea

  

Key Job Responsibilities  

  • Provide sales analysis to support business growth
  • Administer Sales forecasting and sales planning process to support sales leader
  • Analyze and report sales data and key operational metrics to various internal users, such as country sales leader, region directors, region sales ops for consolidation
  • Provide business intelligence to support sales growth
  • Sales processes improvement working in tandem with APAC sales ops team
  • Drive use of CRM to support sales enablement and automation with support from Regional CRM Admin.
  • Support Sales Team on documentation & activities especially for Indirect Channel Sales partners 
  • (External communication support for channel partner by Kakao talk SNS service.)
  • Marketing Communication support, include and not limiting to validation of translation
  • Support internal communications process
  • Liaising with various parties in coordinating company events and meetings
  • Preparing and editing reports, and presentations for Management Meetings
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Country Sales Leader

 

Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates Required 

  • Knowledge or experience in SAP/ERP system would be an ad-vantage
  • Amenable to work in Seoul, Korea; and willing to travel to Busan at least once a month.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Ex-cel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized, meticulous, motivated, decisive and a people-oriented team player. Must be customer service oriented.
  • Great written and communication skills in English; have ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to cope with pressure.
