Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Korea

 

Key Job Responsibilities  

  • Provide new sales and retain existing sales within assigned accounts.
  • Works under Sales & Channel Manager and develop the customer.
  • Promotion of MCDG products in the metal cutting field.
  • Execute key tasks and projects of a complex nature.
  • Perform analysis of a complex nature and develop recommendations in support of achieving business objectives.
  • Prepare progress, status and forecast reports on multiple key aspects of the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Take care of both commercial and technical aspects for direct customers and channel partners.
  • Focusing on key accounts and develop business.
  • May oversee work of Technical/Professional or Admin/Support type roles.
  • Take a lead role in the new account sales process coordinating various resources to successfully close business. Negotiate contracts, programs, and other agreements.
  • Support and participate in team sales initiatives where applicable by gathering and communicating participant information for assigned accounts, provide leadership in account sales and service activities.
  • Weekly report submission
  • Achieve Annual Sales target assigned by the Management.

 

Requirements

  • Should have at least 3-5 years machining and tooling experience of selling the tools to general engineering, automotive, shipbuilding and airline companies.
  • Preferable experience in selling of cutting tools and machine tools.
  • Comfortable at usual travel and should be willing to drive a car.
  • Knows how to speak, write and understand English Language. Proficient in Korean language
  • Eligible to work in Korea
