This position work under the supervision of Sales manager, on a weekly report basis, responsible for sales within some provinces assigned plus several OEM or distributor channel business support within his/her territory.

A Senior Sales Engineer serves as a valuable resource and a leader within the sales territory.

This position is more mature in experience and expertise, as well as thoroughly knowledgeable in the earthworks  industry.

Could understand the market demand and long term trend of the market, then to coordinate the internal resources to make action plans to improve the KMT market share.

Could build up long term relationship with larger distributors and OEMs.

 

 

  1. End user customer base explored and development accountability;
  2. Channel development and management.
  3. Business & product or technical support to distributor partner;
  4. OEM customer cooperation and support.
  5. Middle level technical site service and troubleshooting capability on application related.
  6. Good market intelligence feedback and competitor analysis, solution offered.
  7. Good coordinate with other internal supporting function team.
