MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Independently manage day to day HR operational services for the assigned BU and countries in APAC.
•    Stabilize, standardize and improve HR SSC processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective HR shared services delivered to the organization, which include
-    Define/maintain operational processes and SOPs;
-    Provide inputs to HR policy design;
-    Understand and define data standards and system operations guide and ensure alignment to global design;
-    Monitor and continuously improve KPI of service delivery & Perform process CIP;
-    Maintain & provide HR services process related knowledgebase input.
•    With guidance from supervisor or Sr. team members support HR services standardization, optimization or HRIS related projects for the region.
•    Work closely with country/regional/global HR business partners and COEs to drive value added HR services to meet business needs through processes, tools, technology and data analysis.
•    Responsible for employee communications regarding HR services delivery, as well as follow up employee inquiries.
•    Vendor management & other assigned projects.


IDEAL EXPERIENCE
•    Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5+ years HR shared service or operations working experiences.
•    Broad knowledge on Labor or employment legislations, familiar with HR lifecycle support, payroll and benefits administrations. 
•    Experiences working in similar scale or larger HR shared services organization, strong at process standardization and improvement.
•    Experiences with advanced HR technology, such as SAP, SuccessFactor or ADP Globalview/Streamline/GDMS solutions, Kronos or other time and attendance solutions.
•    Employee communication experiences.
•    Change management & Project management related experiences.
•    APAC regional exposure will be a plus.
